Excellent property, spacious and located in a great area to walk to so much. Only issue was no AC, which was expected, but not enough fans. The property could use ceiling fans or more portable fans as it was very warm during the day and bery warm on a few evenings.

- Really liked the aesthetics of the building and suite. Suite was spacious and clean! - Wished communication was more accessible, had to try the app a few times before. Otherwise, had a great time!

Nice, not perfect.
Great location, perfect for exploring Clifton. Room was very well equipped and spacious. The bed was soft and small, we didn't find it comfortable so didn't sleep well. The shower was luke warm at best. We raised this with the hotel through the app and got a quick response. Someone came to the room to have a look and agreed the shower wasn't right, however no maintenance staff were available over the weekend. As they were full, the only solution offered was that they could try and find an alternative room for us just to shower in the morning, which is not ideal.

Brilliant gorgeous place. Thought it would be a faff downloading an app for the key but the technology worked well. Only bad thing was the TV remote didn't work properly.

Good but with 2 big let downs.
Lovely place to stay. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms and showers were excellent. Wifi is good speed. Now the unfortunates... the key system is ridiculously over complicated. Then god forbid (like us) it decides its not going to work at 10pm at night because you cant get hold of anyone! Parking is a HUGE problem here. For some reason their listing mentions cabot circus?? Its 40 minutes walk away!!!! They have 3 parking spaces at the place, one of which they park their own van in. Their comminication is ok, but being honest its just excessive. Other than those 2 issues... which could be very easily remidied its not a bad place for a couple days in Bristol.

Beautiful apartment, had everything you need for a lovely weekend break. Parking just across the road. Our fob didn't work to get into the apartment but they answered the phone straight away despite it being 2am and sorted it by providing us with access to a key lock outside. Great communication, great apartment. Would definitely recommend.

The accommodation was spacious and well equipped but the bedroom small with a small double bed with a very soft mattress. The furniture was dated, mis matched and some of it too large for the size of the suite - particularly the very large wardrobe in bedroom. To describe the suite as a 'garden view' (at additional cost) was a little exaggerated as it was basement with a small sitting area outside and view was largely of walls and neighbouring property. The communication about the property was poor. The check in was on line with a key provided via app which was OK. However parking is in a property on the opposite side of a busy road and while there is a parking area by Beech House it was barrier controlled with no access given. This meant we had to carry cases etc some distance. While the parking was fine it would have been helpful to at least be able to pull up to the front of the property at check in and check out. We had a problem with hot water on the first night and morning as the boiler had tripped. There is no information pack in the property about heating etc. There is no out of hours help other than security. Despite leaving messages as directed I had to wait until office opened to get problem resolved. Access to a 24 hour number for help would have been useful. Situation of property good.
