After travelling throughout Australia for 4 weeks, the Wynnum Anchor motel was the first motel in which we could not use the internet, not for phone nor for laptops. Location is quiet, and near parks, but about a bit of a walk to restaurants, etc.

The Motel is an older one, but well maintained inside and out and beautifully clean. The area is quiet and seems safe. it is close to the water and a 1.5 - 2km walk to the CBD, so very walkable. There was plenty of parking.
