"We loved the location, easy to walk into the shopping areas of Hove and also very close to the seafront. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Our only criticism is that it's a shame parking is allowed right in front of the hotel. For most of our stay there were one of two very large cars parked right in front of the entrance and windows, completely blocking our view of the sea from the breakfast room and the bar. "

"Basic, cheap but clean accommodation, perfect for a 1 or 2 night stay. I didn’t eat here so can’t comment on the food. Walking distance to local shops and various takeaways, petrol station just down the road and bus stop right outside. Large car park. Beautiful views of the coastline. Would consider staying here again."

"Cannot fault the beatiful hotel, brilliant staff, amazing breakfast with fantastic variety and quality of food. But parking described as 'self parking' with no further explanation, did not know what to expect! Bonus having the underground secure car park but hotel is sifficiently priced, to offer 'reduced ' parking for guests at £27 per 24 hours was an additional cost we weren't expecting. This did mean we clock watched and left at the 48 hour point when really could have done with the '3 day...
