"Probably the best hotel i’ve ever stayed in (and i’ve stayed in a lot). My upgrade was to the most amazing suite with a terrace the size of a tennis court overlooking the city walls. The attention by staff was next level. The food, drinks, gardens, pool, all superb. I don’t think i’ve ever been so enchanted by a place. "Very nice hotel just outside Carcassonne Cite. With easy access to the Cite and the Town for shops - only about 20 mins walk from the train station. Beautiful view overlooking the Castle and the river. We had a 2nd floor room which had a mini balcony for sitting out on. Room was spacious, just a couple of niggly things like no soap in soap dispenser and missing coffee cups but otherwise all good. Good TV Channel selection and WiFi worked well. "It's just a motel room really. Comfortable bed, pillow a little firm for me. Free air-conditioning and WiFi. Very clean and the lady on reception is lovely. There is some traffic noise but not too bad. It's situated on a industrial estate about 5km from Carcassonne. I walked it and the French don't seem to believe in pavements, don't do as I did and take the longer scenic route back because you'll have to walk in the road. I'd definitely stay here again."
