The room didn´t have AC, it was too hot during this summer days. Sound isolating problems from the room next to this, we can hear the other guest The reception closes at 21:00, if we need any assistance after this we cant talk to anyone from the hotel, and the hotel send us a message about this in german at 19h of the day...
