"I think the bad reviews are about the casino, which I didn't even go into, but the hotel was lovely! Based on the pictures, I expected to be underwhelmed, but the room was nice! The pictures really don't do it justice at all. The design and furnishings were nice. Everything was in good repair. It took us a couple days to realize there is another part of the parking lot that lets you take one elevator all the way up to the guest rooms, which makes a huge difference if you're coming and going. It did take 20 minutes to get into downtown Toronto, but it was so worth it to have a nice room at a great price!"

"It was close to the airport and the shuttle service was good. The bed was OK but the pillows too big and firm. It would be better to have a choice with some smaller pillows. The restaurant was good and the service great too."
