Clamber over the Clip ’n Climb to see how high you can get. Take a safety briefing before you start and don a harness to stop you from falling. Appreciate the range of climbing walls with a variety of themes and materials. There are also slides and fun play areas for toddlers.
Take the kids into the Pier Cave, which is full of fun surprises, such as ball pits and grottos. Watch them play from the secret window of the café above. For extra challenge, try the Highline obstacle course. Climb ropes and tread over twisting logs in the air.

Book Rock Reef activities online or on the pier in advance. The activity centre opens from late morning until evening and is minimally affected by weather since most of it is indoors.
Bournemouth Pier is located in the southern part of the city, stretching out from the beach. Take a bus to one of the stops near the beach or easily walk south for a few minutes from the city centre to reach the pier. Nearby attractions include the Pavilion Theatre and Bournemouth Lower Gardens.
