Nice rooftop. Pretty lobby. Great location. But the rooms are lackluster. No soundproofing, no bathroom fan, noisy air conditioning. However, the hotel location in the heart of French quarter makes getting around very easy.

Liked our stay very much At check in they give you vouchers for $15 per person to use at their restaurant. They do not tell you, however, that you can only use one for both of you each day. So when you go to brunch expecting a $10. Fee (after using the two $15 vouchers). You end up paying $40 ish for coffee and an egg

Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, and staff was very friendly. My only complaint was that light fixtures in the bathroom would flicker and eventually turn off. It seemed like many places in the hotel and around the area were under construction.

We stayed here for New Years! Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Coffee and store needs work. Stayed for 5 nights and expesso machine broke the whole time. Staff was slow or no one to make us coffee. Hotel is in a great place, easygoing and you can walk everywhere. One block from Bourbon Street. We felt safe and comfortable. Even with the tragedy on Bourbon Street. New Orleans went above and beyond with security. This hotel has character and we would stay here again.
