The property is older. It has been kept up with nice room renovations, but there are still some things that need to be updated, like the bathroom door and the toilet paper holders. The bathroom also needs a hand towel holder. Some things are obviously on the cheap side, like the TV in the rooms. The remote has a full keyboard on the back, which is really annoying. Another problem is the sink faucet, again cheap, but also placed so poorly that there is 1 inch of space between the water flow and the back of the sink. Bad. The curtains in my room needed to be repaired. The views from the rooms are really great. The hotel if off the strip with a Vegas Monorail station right in front which is really convenient. The location off the strip was a nice reprieve from all the hoopla on the strip. Overall, 3 stars tops.

I didnt like the hidden fee the resort fee is higher than deposit that u dont know about until u get there. The people next to me there kids screamed and cried for like 4 hours i called security they never came went to front desk nothing was done went to dinner but had no where to warm our left over food so more money down the drain. Nice place overall

I enjoyed my stay here despite a bad first day where the toilet flooded. Staff were helpful despite housekeeping taking awhile to clean the toilet. The buffet was definitely worth the money.

The property condition was ok but no room cleaning services for 5 days till we call the front desk. The line is also always very long to get through front desk or guest services to even ask a question. The resort fee was unreasonable high with no resort services (pool was closed, gym only opens very limited hours 9-5pm when guest typically out, while parking is free but for out of town guests w no car that’s also waste of $ on required resort fee). We were charged over $300 for nothing. Really bad impression and really want to get resort fee refunded, no worth the $.

After standing in a line for one hour at 1am, we were told they were oversold and because we were only there for one night they could not accommodate us. Do not go to Vegas late on a Friday night because no one honors a reservation for rental cars or hotel stays. I tried to avoid this by calling ahead and telling them that we would be arriving late and the reservation agent was pleasant and told us it would be fine. I have worked in the hotel business and know how things work but flying in and being denied a rental car then a hotel room in the early morning hours only to have to Uber around in desperation of a place to stay is awful. Lesson learned. In the end we were “walked” to the Strat.

Bathroom was a bit rundown but clean. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Free parking on site and has a free monorail to Luxor and Excaluber. We did not use the pool or facilities during this stay.
