Hyatt staff was welcoming and very efficient getting us set for the evening. Lots of close eating options (love Legal Seafood!) and transportation to Logan airport is close-by. A no brainer for us!

I was having construction done in my bedroom and needed to stay for 2 nights. A few reasons why I wasn't pleased. When I walked in the lobby, it smelled unpleasant. The front desk staff was extremely friendly. When I got into my room I was impressed by the size of the room. I was on the 2nd floor and didn't like the street level parking lot view. Then realized the loud, annoying humming noise was the refrigerator. The engineer was called and he arrived in a reasonable amount of time. He was friendly and adjusted the dial on the refrigerator which was a temporay fix. I was up for most of the night from the noise returning and getting out of bed to adjust the knob myself a few times. I planned on taking a bath but the bathroom only had a shower. The racks in the bathroom were rusty and the light fixture was open and looked dirty/moldy. The king size bed was not comfortable. It was lumpy and sunken in and I had 4 small pillows. My main disappointment was the fact that they didn't have smart TV's. There was only basic cable channels and the option to pay for on demand movies. Almost everyone streams TV these days. My son came to bring me a laptop and an HDMI cord so that I could at least stream my Netflix account. I checked out the following night because I was just too uncomfortable. I lost a nights payment because I checked out later in the evening after check-out time. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the Hyatt in Braintree.
