"Extremely disappointed starting from the demand for a $500 deposit for only one nights stay arriving at 8.45 pm, not using any facilities except the shower and leaving the next morning, To the very Steep and narrow stairway which wasn't mentioned in the ad, - which made it extremely difficult hauling up a heavy suitcase to the top.
