"No information about late check ins. No information about check outs. Room was not what was sold in the pictures. Eventually Got the room we paid for but only for the last two nights of trip. Toilet was broken on arrival so I fixed it myself as I couldn’t contact anyone. Horrible smell in bathrooms. Showers were disgusting and such low pressure.
