From the moment we arrived, the staff knew us by name, making us feel like VIPs every step of the way. The entire property is immaculately clean and feels incredibly new. It’s clear that every detail was thoughtfully designed to provide guests with a modern, luxurious, and seamless experience. One of our favorite features was the free bikes available all around the resort! It made getting around the gorgeous grounds not only convenient but also fun. Another standout was the water stations offering clean, filtered water—such a thoughtful touch that made staying hydrated a breeze. Our room was a dream. Everything was brand new and equipped with the latest technology, including Bluetooth connectivity and surround sound for music. Plus, they thought of everything when it came to power adapters, so no worries if you forgot yours—pure convenience! The personal touch from the staff was what truly elevated this stay from great to unforgettable. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and cared for. "The best hotel experience we have. The staffs provide excellent services, and the general manager welcome us in person when arrival. She also say goodbye to everyone when we leave on the port. Feel like home. We got special gift for anniversary and birthday as well. The bungalow we booked is lagoon view, big and in excellent condition with our own deck facing the ocean. This hotel is built on shallow beautiful green water; best for snorkeling and easy to see so many beautiful fish in the water just to my waist level. Will recommend this hotel for sure. "
