I did not realize that I needed to register at the Omni Resort proper. However, manager, Kay Kinaya quickly responded to my plight and stayed with me on the phone until I found my way. She deserves kudos for outstanding customer service. A great experience overall."

"Property was amazing. The shore was within a quick walking distance with lots of places to wash off afterward. Unfortunately NONE of the units have air conditioning and it’s about 80 inside during August. They will provide 2 fans buts during the day it’s hot. Unit B was beautiful inside but unfortunately the train ran and the traffic from the street was also quite noisy. We’d stay again but would be picky with which building we stay in and hope for more of an ocean breeze to keep it cool. "
