"What a beautiful place to stay!! Right on the beautiful lake and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town. Also 5 minutes from Interlaken West which you walk along a quiet road to get to the hotel - very nice since the town itself can be busy. Best time to go is for New Year’s as they have a huge festival the 1st and a parade the 2nd. 5 minutes from a very cute cafe called Velo, and very close to the Victoria hotel. Reception was fabulous. "Clean, beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff. Needed to ask staff for an HDMI cable as they didn’t have smart TVs (a little disappointing). Had no control over the temperature of the room, was told in the winter they set the entire hotel to a certain temperature so we found ourselves opening the windows at night to our dismay. Otherwise, pool area , gym and rooms themselves were lovely. Walking distance to town, shopping, laundromat, train stations and a lovely 3 mile walk around the lake. "
