"Overall we had a good stay at Centrooms. Communication before our stay was very good and an airport transfer was arranged through Centrooms which was appreciated since we were arriving in the early hours of the morning with a baby. First impressions weren't the best as it was a walk through a dark back yard to get to our block and the entrance/stairwell are very old. Once inside though, the apartment was bright, airy and clean with everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The baby cot was set up...

"It was a nice hotel. A little noisy at times as renovation work was done. Staff could not speak English. Staff could not wake me or call a cab for me. You are on your own. "There is a big difference, in many ways, between the rooms with two small beds and the ones with one larger bed. Pay the extra $5, it's completely worth it. Classy hotel keeping up standards during difficult times in Ukraine. Extremely safe and quiet, with a killer view and 5 min. walk to the Metro. The lady who works the desk in daytime most weekdays was particularly helpful."
