"The hotel itself was very nice. Great little pool. Rooms are small but nice. Beds were comfortable. I liked the dining area overlooking the garden and pool. The only problem with this hotel was the lack of customer service. The staff were all nice but were not very attentative. They would all leave and have breakfast leaving no servers during breakfast. "It is one of the best Philippine hotels that I have stayed in, but that means it is still a Philippine hotel. Minor repairs were not done promptly. For instance our shower was broken when we arrived, but they gave us a different room. Sheets and towels were not replaced promptly. Some, all clean, had holes.
