"Was a good little motel in the process of refurbishment. It was in good clean condition and serviced all our requirements. Parking, security and close to Nelson Bay centre of town and beaches. Price was excellent. Not luxury but real good value."

"Recently spent a night here and it was perfect, friendly staff, great kids area, wonderful menu, clean rooms, pet friendly, great location, i highly recommend tea gardens hotel as a family suitable accommodation I did have some trouble getting them on the phone and had no reply to an email i sent but it was a very busy time of year so understandable and i did eventually get in contact with them"
