"The property entrance could use lots of help. The rugs were dirty and bench was filthy. Thankfully the units were clean. The size of the unit 2A was great for privacy and larger group 3-5people max. All the basics were available. I would think they could offer more towels per visit. It is always nice to have simple extras like cotton, q-tips, shower caps nail file and sewing kit to help the visitors feel more taken care of… Good visit all around. Location is wonderful. "

"The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. The two guys at reception were amazing made our stay very pleasant. The apartment has plenty amenities. We stayed in a one bed and it was quiet spacious and comfortable. The property is in the heart of Granvia few steps away from metro, the bus, grocery shops and great shopping experience. Reception is open upto 6pm only and cleaning is not done daily otherwise every thing else was fantastic "

"A great location, with spectacular views from the rooftop bar. It has the best and the drawbacks of a very large hotel complex, but it does run these very well. We were very satisfied overall, though a few of the creature comforts were missing. Buffet breakfast was a logistical success, given the large numbers. Staff were very attentive to all requests, and most helpful. A little more attention to maintenance is recommended here."
