Blue Ridge Mountains Hotels with Hot Tubs

"This was one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed in Had we not arrived so late I would have lost the money and moved to a different hotel. The outside doors do not lock, the hallways are filthy, the room was not cleaned. I removed the bedding and slept on towels I had along. The hots tubs were not functioning, no internet, no breakfast. There is a no refund policy for a reason, no one would stay here. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!"

"Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very nice housekeepers. Clean room and property. Indoor pool was clean, nice and warm with towels on pool site that can be used. Hot tub was nice and hot and clean. All around i recommend and give 5 stars and 2 thumbs up."

"The website didn't state that the pool was out of service and that I had to use the one at an affiliated property across the street. The other facility did not provide a place to change or store my clothes. "
