"Having worked in a hotel myself, I know what to look for. I could not fault the staff at all during my stay. We ate at the restaurant and had breakfast across the road in Lillian Fels. Each experience was excellent. The only criticisms are that the spa bath looked a bit tired and the air conditioning was noisy, but once the room was warm, we just turned it off.
