"This was our 1st time booking an apartment and overall it was a good experience. The apartment is very secure with keypads on both the front door and the apartment door. The apartment itself is very spacious and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need, good fridge freezer, good oven and hob, dish washer and the counter electricals like kettle and toaster.Bathroom with bath and shower is very nice and the bedroom has a very comfortable bed and lots of storage. "Lovely hotel and service as usual for our fourth stay. Just a warning the reception area is being refurbed and breakfast finishes early on Saturday and Sundays… not the usual 11am. A letter told us in our envelope with keys which we thought was the receipt, so didn’t look at it! Us and lots of others were a bit rushed! Not a problem though."

Great family room very clean and tidy. Spacious with everything you would need like a hairdryer and ironing board and iron. Great location beaides the train station and tram stop. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Nottingham. The night staff on reception were very chatty and friendly....

Nothing was to much trouble and all with a smile. The room was very clean and plenty of clean towels and toiletries. Tea/coffee making equipment was lovely. Small fridge with x2 bottles of water. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety to suit all. Definitely recommend this hotel. "
