"The views from the apartment were amazing, you could see the mountains. The apartment was very clean and neat. We had 2 washrooms which was amazing for us, as we were 5 people. The necessities were also very handy. Heating system also worked really amazing as it was very cold and chilly at night. The area was very calm and green, restaurants could be found by walking 6-10 minutes from the apartment. Checkin was very smooth too. It definitely lived up to our expectations."

"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"We enjoyed our stay at Pierre & Vacances Andorra Bordes d'Envalira. They staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was convenient and the living space was good. There was plenty of room in the main bedroom to store skis and gear. Our main issue was the parking is very tight and not included in the price. If you do park under the property you'll need to go around the block and down a hill to locate it. To leave the parking lot you'll need to scan your pass at the beginning of the exit tunnel. "

"The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "The views are amazing. We loved the balcony and the daily sounds of the horses on the street below. The apartment was adequate, but could use some care. The staff were friendly. We loved playing billiards that were available. Close to hiking. Our only regret is that the pool, hot tub and outdoor amenities were not available because of the time of year we visited. "Great hotel/resort. Pet friendly (we stay with our dog) and staff was really helpful too. Breakfast was good too.. Rooms does not have A/C. On the other hand, you have the Church Clock that bangs every hour 24/7 so you can hear in the night as well. I think the owner of the hotel should talk with the Church to avoid the sounds at least at night. Normal price for what you get."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the apartment was so beautiful, facing a mountain with a lot of trees and huge boulders, through which small yellow and white wild flowers were thriving, and a creek running down below producing waterfall-like sound. "In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

"Terrible arrival, wrong address on paperwork supplied, had to walk across town, hunt down telephone number for the office which was closed during opening hours. Finally received keys, room had no double bed, lack of kettle and toaster, cupboard doors hanging off, cracked tiles, mould in bathroom. No good for couples, double bed advertised and no double bed in any of the three rooms we booked. Probably ok for large groups of young people looking for cheap accommodation but families and couples...
