"It was strange to me that there was no one ever at the check in desk and all communication was through text only, they never answered my 2 phone calls. The condition of the room was good overall, however the heater makes very loud banging noises during the night which kept waking us up. The towels were not thoroughly cleaned and had snot or food residue on it. The shower curtain was stained.
