"I'd have given this hotel an excellent review but for the noise from a heat pump that clattered during the night. The noise seemed to reverberate around the courtyard that the hotel backed onto. It wasn't the hotel's fault and there probably wasn't much they could do about it but being noise sensitive, it wasn't great. In every other respect, the hotel was lovely. The staff were extremely helpful, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great. "

"As with other reviews the hotel can be difficult to locate as it is off the main road. Initially on entering the hotel I was taken aback by the small size of the reception area. The reception manager was very polite and helpful. Our room was comfortable, large and clean with apartment style facilities.
