There was an older woman who was lost and she kindly helped her out and then an elderly couple came in for dessert and she set them up by the fireplace. She was truly a breath of fresh air. "

"I have stayed here a number of times and it just gets better. Comfortable room, great atmosphere and food in the bar/drawing room and Judith looked after me incredibly well. I had a guest in for dinner, she made sure we had a good table and were well looked after and then was on hand at breakfast as I left before breakfast was due to start, and I had a delicious breakfast. I was even given a take away Cappucinno!!"
