We enjoyed the reception staff except for a couple men who weren’t and seemed irritated when asked a question. The rest of the staff were very nice and readily offered assistance.

Great value for money. Not very central to Berlin, but when the public transport is working it's very easy to get to the heart of the city. Only complaint is the lack of soundproofing- if you have noisy travellers on your floor, you will hear them very clearly.

The room was a converted hostel room, could hear everything above, outside, in the hall. People were smoking at the end of the hall with door open which floodwd the hallway with smoke. Breakfast was good. Staff were ok other than some dirty looks from some of the desk clerks.

Very Bad!
Old rooms and not fresh at all, very bad service and we did not feel welcome. They were not helpful, close to the road so you can hear traffic the whole night. Free parking around the hotell but when I asked they just wanted me to pay 50 euro for theirs instead of telling me there was also free Parking.

The hotel enjoy Berlin was absolutely terrible. There was limited services such as no replacement of toilet paper or soap. The room was given with a broken sink and shower which was not a good environment. The noise level in the building was not controlled. The towels that we were given had questionable stains on them. The pullout bed had uncomfortable metal rods sticking out.

Bett war zu weich und leider auch nichts für Paare, allerdings war das Personal so lieb zu uns & Alles war sauber bis auf den schwarzen fleck an der Decke (Schimmel?!) darauf hatte meine Allergie reagiert da ich eine Schimmelpilzallergie habe. kann natürlich auch Pollen gewesen sein und ich bin mir nicht sicher. Würde wieder kommen

Insgesamt waren die 2 Nächte dort ganz ok, das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ist für 13,- echt super umfangreich und lecker! Die Zimmer sind ok, sauber war es auf jeden Fall, nur etwas in die Jahre gekommen hier und da und unser Bad war sehr klein. Ungünstig fanden wir, dass zeitgleich 2 große Jugendgruppen aus Norwegen mit im Hotel waren, dementsprechend war auch der Lautstärkepegel recht hoch. Ich dachte eigentlich, dass solche Gruppen eher in einer Jugendherberge besser aufgehoben wären. Alles in allem war es aber ok, auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gepasst.
