"Heaven truly exists. It’s because of this place at villa petriolo. I came solo and had the most amazing, healing time. The spa, gym, fire pit and areas to relax/ decompress was like nothing else. It was a true Tuscany experience. The staff here all made me feel welcome and seeing them everyday for 5 days, was truly so special. Thank you all for making it a place to remember. "The beach area is nice with plenty of loungers and gazebos. They have a bar and restaurant there which serves good seafood. The hotel rooms are a little tired, I would say 4 star not 5 as they have paper cups in the rooms not glasses or cups. The bed was comfortable and the fridge was stocked with juices and water. The bathroom needed a bit of an update missing grout between tiles etc. The staff were very helpful albeit reception not quite so much. There was lots we had to find out for...

"Refrigerator in the room didn’t work, and the bathroom would flood after a shower since the doors don’t close well, but overall the rooms were clean and the staff were super friendly. Just a warning if you need them there are no elevators, as well you may need to reserve parking with the hotel before arriving. The hotel is walking distance from everything in the main area, with a grocery store just across the street."

"Had a nice stay. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Apartment was clean. Property is beautiful, I can only imagine how beautiful it would be in the summer. My only suggestion for people looking to book would be that you might want to rent a car. It is technically walking distance to centre of town in Siena but it’s a bit of an awkward walk uphill. "
