Always a fun stay, bar is cool. Rooms are small, are there are no drawers. They charge for coffee in a paper cup in the lobby not a plush. Front desk and valet staff friendly and helpful. Self park is very inconvenient , behind hotel down an alley a cold icey walk to get into hotel. Fun atmosphere and easy to walk to shops on the square. All in all a 8or9 out of 10

I’ve stayed at the Graduate in Eugene and this one in Fayetteville. Both are really lovely hotels. Just stay in one when you can and then you always stay in a Graduate when possible. The beds and pillows are extra spectacular. You will have the best chance for a great night’s sleep.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Bar prices are pretty decent. The room was clean and whatnot but didn’t feel upscale or anything. Just standard quality that was clean and comfy. My only nit picks are the sink didn’t drain well and the actual hotel doesn’t have much in the way of food options. There’s ton to eat within walking distance though and lots of nightlife.
