"This hotel has it all - elegant hotel, comfy rooms, amazing buffet food. I would definitely recommend half board. They have a variety of dishes including British classic like steak and kidney pie and roasts as well as Mediterranean alternatives. You can see the beach just a 2 minute walk away. Most of all the staff are friendly, willing to help to ensure all aspects of your stay are amazing. Also has a good gym and pool"

"Great food , staff and location. Will certainly consider returning when we next visit Benidorm. Only minor niggle during our weeks visit was the wait time at lifts as one of the three lifts were not operating all week and if you were staying in one of the higher floors you could wait for a long time. "I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa...
