Mattress wa split with a deep line in the middle so we cannot sleep straight. Otherwise the service was great. But no daily cleaning.

Muito ruim, diferente das outras vezes que hospedei neste hotel! Não havia água aquecida para banho em todo o hotel, o elevador de melhor acessibilidade não estava funcionando e a TV só sintonizava alguns canais da TV Samsung. No check-in, fomos bem recebidos pelos funcionários João Victor e Valéria.

Horrível, acomodação deixa a desejar, um tanto desorganizado, serviço de quarto inexistente, limpeza e troca de roupa de quarto e banho só ocorre mediante solicitação e o café da manhã é mediocre. No geral, não recomendo e não voltaria a me hospedar. Os funcionários são gentis, mas, o processo de trabalho não oferece o mínimo de conforto para os hospedes.

Decepção
Fiquei hospedada no Metrópole em maio de 2021. Foi uma excelente relação custo x benefício. Bem localizado, limpo, café da manhã simples mas com certa variedade e saboroso. Por isso, ao retornar a Belo Horizonte em setembro de 2024 decidi me hospedar novamente no Metrópole. Inclusive, indiquei que parentes meus também se hospedassem lá. Porém, foi uma verdadeira decepção! O hotel estava sujo, a limpeza dos quartos só acontecia mediante solicitação e entrega da chave até às 9h na recepção, o café da manhã foi o mesmo durante as seis diárias. A única coisa boa foi o atendimento dos funcionários. Com exceção de uma pessoa, todos os demais foram atenciosos e educados. Soube que de 2021 para cá houve mudança na gestão, e vi também um aviso na entrada informando sobre a necessidade de funcionários. Acho que essa mudança de chefia e a carência de mão de obra prejudicaram muito a qualidade do serviço do hotel. Não pretendo mais me hospedar lá.

Banheiro com ralos entupidos e lâmpadas queimadas
O atendimento na recepção e especialmente na cozinha/café foi excelente. Porém, ao fazer o checkout fomos tomar uma ducha e o banheiro e o quarto ficaram alagados, já que os dois ralos do banheiro estavam entupidos. Acionamos a recepção e trocamos o quarto, porém a ducha do banheiro e da pia (quarto 510) não tinha pressão e só saia água mto quente, avisamos a recepção mas não fizeram nada. Também tinham duas lâmpadas do banheiro e uma no closet queimadas. Acionamos a recepção e de pronto, eles vieram, porém só foi possível trocar apenas 1 lâmpada do banheiro. Ficamos decepcionados nas 2 diárias, pois estávamos na cidade para um casamento e a experiência foi lamentável, já que arrumamos com uma luz mto fraquinha, tivemos que recorrer a luz do celular para maquiar, bem como estava muito calor na cidade e a água da ducha muito quente.

O quarto era limpo porém o vaso sanitário estava com as bordas inferior sujas, só são lavados superficialmente, a piscina suja cheia de lodo , feito reclamação a respeito fui informado q não tinha funcionário para efetuar a limpeza, mas que iriam arrumar alguém para fazer a limpeza lamentável!!!!
