"The staff was amazing even though my order through Expedia didn't transfer to their hotel system they found it without having me call Expedia. We were staying there for my step daughters birthday and they made it extra special for her. We all had a great time although were we walked around seattle from the hotel and the convention we went to, there was a good amount of human feces and urine on and next to sidewalks and in parking garage elevators. "
