A very kind, constant smiling & practical reception manger ( Eugene) which always is there for you . "The room was nice, but they gave me and the person ahead of me in the check-in line the wrong room, which was frustrating for both of us. I booked a superior room which two queen sized beds, but they initially gave us a room with just one bed. However, once I went back down they fixed it quickly which was appreciated. "
