The staff were so helpful and friendly, we had an upgrade on our room because hotels.com had overbooked and the staff were very good about it. "A last min booking for new years eve! I booked a family room for myself , Hubby and 7 year old son. The day arrived and the weather forecast was awful and nearly stopped our visit however after prompt, helpful communication from Regan we decided to try and brave the travel. "We had a wonderful experience whilst staying at the Penaeldroch Manor. Mike and Carie were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. "Room was clean, staff were friendly, food was decent. My supply of coffee was topped up with extra sachets when the staff saw that I'd bought my own jar of coffee after I ran out. The atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant and cosy. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre, which makes it cheaper than more central places - but if you can't stand a five-minute walk, what are you doing in Betws-y-Coed? :)"

"So warm and welcoming,I was there when unfortunately there was a burst water pipe in Conway area then Llandudno The staff where brillant looking after us,they had to ration drinking water but we all got some.Our room was perfect Twin beds a table with two chairs so we could chill and take in the sea view .Lots of tea coffee milk etc plus hair dryer I will definitely go back "

"Enjoyed a few days at the Belmont Hotel in Llandudno. We had a lovely comfortable room with a fantastic view of Llandudno Bay. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff very polite and helpful. Would certainly recommend this hotel and definitely return when we're in North Wales again."

Two Day 60th Birthday Holiday

"The stay was to celebrate my partner Carol's 60th birthday. We really enjoyed our two day stay. The weather outside was atrocious but our room & facilities inside the hotel were wonderful. We felt we were well looked after. We sat outside on our veranda, just to look at the sea, even in the wind. The view was so beautiful. "
