Great location with lots around. Lobby area very nice and clean. Room was dated though, carpet ripped in a few spots. Ice machine on floor 22 dispensed little black flakes of something in the ice.

We requested for a crib, and it doesn’t come with any thicker liner or mattress! It felts like my baby sleeps on the frame. I have to put my one month old sleep on her tiny bassinet…. Couch is dirty too!

Our entire experience at this hotel was wonderful!! Our room had a view that was absolutely stunning! The room was so quiet and even though we were on the 41st floor the elevators were always available and quick!!

I liked it was close to the falls and casino attached. And the view is excellent. This serious updates. Leaks from ceiling and noises all times at night. I have videos of it all. Management never calls and talks to you.

We enjoyed the view and convenience of the location. One night the fire alarm kept going off. It was super scary and trying to get my mother down the stairs was horrible. Then she had to walk back up the stairs after it was over due to the elevators being worked on as well during this time. Then someone continued over the intercom just as we are getting settled back in, announcing that everyone could resume normal activities. They didn't just do this a couple times, they did it easy longer than necessary. Ended up being a false alarm, thank God!
