"This was my first time in Boston. My friend lives locally and I asked him to give me a list of the best hotels that were luxurious and in a great location. I’m so glad I chose to stay at the Langham. I arrived VERY early— 9 am. My room was not available but they gave me a key to the gym so I could exercise and freshen up. They have a full locker room, with several showers, a steam sauna (which was amazing), and many amenities. It felt great to work out after being on a long plane ride, then relaxing in the sauna, and showering. Once I was done, my room was ready (so early.) The whole facility is high class. Many lovely travelers here- wonderful, respectful guests. A few small families. The rooms were very quiet. I couldn’t hear anything outside my room. The bed was extremely comfortable. I stayed 3 nights and had wonderful sleep. The room was in tip top shape with no issues. The mini bar was very nice and customizable. There was also a nice mini fridge in room. The interior design was very well done. I didn’t want to leave! The doormen were so sweet. I loved coming and going because they always smiled, talked to me, helped me with doors or bags. I felt like a queen. Every staff member- EVERY one- was exceptionally professional. I only ate in the restaurant one evening and it was also very delicious. I am a critical person that can always find something to improve and I honestly can’t say one negative thing. I stay in 5-star hotels often. The Langham is by far the best! "

"We went with my in-laws to show them the city for their first time. We absolutely loved the hotel — the staff was all super friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever met such a nice crew — the bartender, the valet guys, the front desk… all fabulous. The little perks were great — loved the lemonade, sweet treat bar, and room snacks/water. The coffee shop was our go to every morning for breakfast. The lobby area was hopping and a great place to meet before heading out. Would definitely stay here again! "

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I’m obsessed with vintage properties so I knew what I was paying for. The front desk staff was excellent. Street parking was easy for me since I’m city parking savvy. The street noise also didn’t bother me because I’m From a major city. I loved the view of my studio suite and will absolutely stay again when in Boston. Thank you all who work at the Copley. "

"This was a great hotel at a good price. Very comfortable rooms with daily maid service. Elevators were quick and it never felt crowded. Very quiet. Convenient to Seaport area, but not particularly convenient to the T as the nearby stop is a Silverline bus stop rather than a train. However it was only about a 35 minute walk from TD Gardens. "
