"The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. "We travelled to San Fransisco in late December to visit our daughter for the holidays. Stayed at hotel Zeppelin for 3 nights. I love the character and the amazing decor in the hotel. It was fully decked out for the holidays and looked very festive and cozy at the same time. The staff was very friendly. Our room had a king size bed, desk a couple of chairs, bathroom with a shower (no soaking tub), small closet, big screen TV (regular tv, but you could log into Netflix with your own log in)....

"Will be good when the construction finishes. I would have appreciated an overview of where the hotel bars and restaurants are during this phase. I assumed the Clock Bar was closed but saw later it wasn’t but had made other plans. Also was never sure if there was any other spots at the hotel other than the lobby and lounge.
