"It was very noisy. We were on the 9th floor and could still hear so much traffic and yelling on the street. We could also hear conversations from people walking in the hallway. The staff was amazing and the location was very convenient. However, there was an event the evening we stayed, and even though we had already paid for parking in the hotel garage, it was very difficult finding a space to park, and I had to have my companion guide me into a spot, with a lot of back and forth movement. "We loved our stay here! The lady checking us in was so so friendly (wish I caught her name) and Jay who was in the breakfast area was amazing. So friendly and helpful-she deserves a raise! You can tell she loved her job. The pool area was a big highlight for my 3 year old. We worked to 8th st area and found good places to eat. Our room and the hotel was very clean. Overall a great place to stay! We will be back. "
