"I reached the hotel at around 9pm after a long flight from Heathrow via 5 hours stopover at Delhi. I had the printout of my booking. There were couple of guys at the counter. Well they could not find my booking. In nutshell after 2 hours of arguing where they called someone they assumed knew more and who told them to refuse me a room as they didn't have me in the system.
