The person told me that the apartment wasn't available but said they will help me find accommodation and urged me to get refund from Expedia as the new place ..."

"Vor Ort haben wir alles so vorgefunden wie uns das versprochen wurde. Das Appartement war grosszügig und sauber.Wir hatten nur Kontakt mit unseren Gastgebern in der Schweiz via WhatsApp.Wir haben Bekannte in Rio San Juan daher war dies für mich und meine Tochter, auch kein Problem."
