"They have nice staff Nd I loved my suite but their problem is they respond fo requests for items very late , I needed cooking items simple one or two items they will bring one and not the other and they have a problem with towels it took them a day or two to bring towels , "

"I was impressed with the size and layout of the apartment. A full size kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. It was extremely quiet except during morning prayers which woke everyone up at 6am. The cleaning staff did an excellent job with supplying us with extra water everyday and our apartment was extremely clean. The pool area needs to be enlarged if possible. I would incorporate more shade area surrounding the pool. Maybe cover the back area and make it more comfortable. I thought the food and drinks and...

"Only two metro stops to the airport - it took 15 mins from check out at this hotel to check in at the airport! Rooms are nice and equipped with a mini kitchenette. But there are also lots of cheap eats around the hotel and you are also opposite the Deira Centre Mall."

"My room was in poor condition. The location in Deira was good, near Al Seef, Dubai Creek, Souk Market. Near City Centre Mall, this mall has the best prices in Dubai. The room fare was reasonable. Costumer Service was good. Fare included breakfast and shuttle service to and from Dubai Festival City. Mall. This hotel is in old Dubai."
