Overall was acceptable . Outside environment was dusty due to roadwork . Walking distance to BTS station so makes commuting kind of easy to big malls .

The hotel was very good then it probably had was getting older they took toot or taxi to take us home as they did not recognize where we were make sure you get a card before leaving the hotel to explain where it is breakfast was ok the staff were very helpful and very considerate always ready to help went above and beyond for that reason we would probably go back only because the staff was so good

Good Property Great value for money Excellent Location. Very Clean Rooms and Clean bathrooms. The HOTEL STAFF was Exceptional! They went out of the Way for every minor Thing i asked for. Basic, clean accomodations. Good base for Bangkok.
Basic, clean accomodations. If you don't plan to spend a lot of time in your hotel room, then this is a good base while in Bangkok. A little further away from city center, but a quick walk to BTS line makes travelling within city convenient.

Let anyone know who is looking for a hotel room bargain this is the best I ever encountered anywhere. It is clean; it has all accessories of a hotel of its category, and a staff that is friendly, smiling, polite and helpful. If the location is not important to the visitor then my advice would be grab the opportunity with your two hands, otherwise chose something closer to the city centre, but know the Skytrain station is 5 minutes walk away. In Bangkok anyone who knows the city will almost never use the car, it is an inferno driving in Bangkok.

Friendly staff, good location
My wife and I spend 3 nights at the Loft Inn. The hotel is within a few minutes of the Sky Train and easy for Central Bangkok. We had breakfast each day, which was good. The hotel rates are very reasonable for its standard.

Relatively central, clean hotel
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is very good - it is on the BTS and in a walking distance (around 40 minutes) to the city center. A taxi to the center is quite cheap too. There is a market nearby. The place to get food (I don't think restaurant is the right word) across the road is fantastic - definitely give it a try. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. It is not a luxury hotel but it is a good value for money place. That said, I think you can find better places for 1200 BHT per night. I was disappointed that the Wi-Fi in my room (4th floor) did not work - I had to go to the first floor to get internet. I informed the staff but they did nothing. I bought a Thai SIM with unlimited internet for a week from a 7/11 supermarket and solved the problem. Apart from that I had a very positive impression from the Bangkok Loft Inn.

Check in went smoothly even though I arrived at 2 am. A quirky older gentleman helped me carry my bag up to the room and taught me a little bit of language on the way up with the elevator. Staff at the counter were very nice and helpful.

Mixed feelings
To be honest I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I was hesitating to review it at all, but here it goes. Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful always smiling. Location is okay, quite far away from everything what is worth to see, but sky try is just round a corner, so it is manageable. Room was comfortable, air conditioning smelled a bit off, but my boyfriend changed some settings and it was fine. I think room and hotel it self could use an update. Overall, it is a okay hotel with lovely people working there.
