"The property is located in a nice locality that is the only highlight. Our bags arrived only after a follow up. The rooms are dated and we had to call the maintenance twice. The restaurants appeared to be staffed well, but lacked attention to the diners. Had to literally wave down for service. There was other issues related with inexperience or lack of attention at the front desk. "

"I cannot fault my stay at the Grand Magrath. The staff were friendly and eager to help, especially as my luggage got lost on the way to Bengaluru – the team fielded calls from the airline and helped me with places to pick up new clothes. The room was very well appointed and breakfast was also excellent on the shady rooftop restaurant. Will come back when I am next in town."
