"Hotel is beautiful, In excellent shape and in an excellent area. Carlitos restaurant made amazing Pizza and waits times were reasonable for how busy they were. Front desk staff were pretty great and the underground parking was expensive but worth it. Only complaints were housekeeping. We had housekeeping come in the first day but room wasn’t very clean and coffee supplies not refilled even though a tip was left. We decided not to have housekeeping clean rooms after that. "Great place to stay. free parking and many amenities to be had while also being right in downtown banff with easy access to nearly all your needs. for the size of the room i feel it’s a little overpriced but overall a great property and great staff with clean, well maintained amenities like the hot tub and sauna. would definitely stay again and recommend it to those in the banff area.
