"The Snug House is a great jumping off point for exploring Galway as its very conveniently located. The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind and made all the difference at the end of a long travel day when my room was ready early! The rooms are not large, really just a place to sleep at night, but have thoughtful design choices to accommodate luggage storage. "The staff were fantastic, the hotel was immaculately clean and a great location. A special shout out is required, due to a jet lag we kept strange hours the first few days in Galway, the late night team, in particular Jonathan and Tyrese provided outstanding customer service without batting an eye to our strange hours and are the reason we will without a doubt be returning to the Harbour Hotel. Thank you both, and look forward to visiting again soon! "

"Spur of the moment trip to Galway with my sister. Hotel is lovely. Very comfortable and a fantastic location for seeing Galway city. The leisure centre/pool area was a little disappointing but the rest of the hotel was excellent."
