"This resort was amazing. The grounds are kept extremely clean. It's a wonderful drive up the highway in one of the most well kept areas of Cebu. The view from the room was incredible. The staff was very accommodating. They delivered breakfast to our room. They called in the morning to ask if we wanted breakfast before they stopped serving it. "Wonderful place and people. The cantina is nice. My only complaints are that the towels were super soft almost like microfiber and wouldn't absorb anything at all. So bring your own towels. One other thing, the road approaching is horrendous, simply awful. Oh and the dogs ... They are so nice, love those dogs!! "

"Just the thought of the elevator being out of order is a very negative thing. "

I was only there for 1 day and staff told me to go to Tops in the evening and that was the most beautiful place on top of a mountain overlooking Cebu. If you are ever in Cebu I highly recommend 18 Suites Cebu and visiting Tops. A "
