"We had a wonderful stay in Conrad Bosphorus Istanbul. The hotel staff are exceptional at providing great service. The breakfast staff were very attentive. They kept checking with us to see if we needed more coffee or tea. The concierge staff were very helpful. Reception staff were amazing and ensure the smooth check-in and check-out process. Room are very clean, bed was very conformation, the air-conditioner regulates the temperature very well. I love the fact that we didn't have to slot in the room card to turn on the electricity for the room so that we could leave the heat on so the room temperature would stay constant when we were outside. The bathroom is beautiful and functional. I love the body lotion - very moisturizing and smell good"

"I have had a very present stay. Although i had arranged for an apartment thw room was twin beds but we got around it. The starff have been more than helpful and supportive in any questions and i will bw returning in june to stay here again"

"Among the hotels I've stayed at so far, this one has been the most satisfying in terms of infrastructure. The design of the lobby and rooms is magnificent; in terms of soundproofing, HVAC performance, and water installation, it is flawless to the point of being a quality benchmark in Turkey. It is a facility designed and built with great attention to detail. The surrounding area is so well-done that it eliminates the usual confusion I sometimes experience regarding parking in Istanbul. The service and staff were just as excellent as the facility itself, with outstanding service provided by Betül, Melek, and Mahmut.
