"Excellent hotel and brilliant loco for Triveni Ghat Aarti. Hotel staff would walk one up to the Aarti and ensure all is well. This is very handy to have in what can potentially be a hectic event otherwise. Complimentary high tea was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. Thanks for the upgrade. "Hotel was nice and we appreciated the early check-in they gave us as well as having a room on a high floor with a (partial) view of the river. The bathroom was a bit of a problem thought when taking a shower there was literally no way to avoid serious flooding. The room also could get a bit sticky and it wasn't possible to open the window to air it out, unfortunately.
