"We spend 5 days here and Lisbon didn't disappoint, except for the weather - there was a major storm. Be warned that the metro trains running until 1:00 AM and again starting at 6:00AM can cause vibrations. If you are a light sleeper, find another hotel. Very good hotel in a great location except for the train noise!"

"The Hotel staff were completely and utterly amazing during our time there. They honored our early check in which was amazing as we had just arrived on the red-eye from New York. "The hotel reception staff were excellent and especially cortina, she was superb. In terms of the hotel didn't receive any vip benefits or upgraded rooms. My room got 2 single beds although we were a couple with a child. A king bed would have been nice. Hotel needs a refurb as it’s getting worn down. Otherwise no other issues. Breakfast was decent."
