"Overall nice place with all the basic stuff in good order. I found the check in process a bit cold and unwelcoming. One of the lights didn’t work but they were on it quick! They have a nice roof top restaurant with good food and cocktails. Their rooms and breakfast was pretty nice as well. Not too found of the busy location. "We had booked 3 rooms for attending a wedding. One of the rooms did not have hot water. In the evening we did not have power for 3 hours and the power backup failed. When we asked for a partial refund for our discomforts, they just gave some excuses. The room service persons to help with luggage are always missing."
